What forms of payments do you take?

We accept payments through all credit cards and PayPal.

Can I pay using PayPal without a PayPal Account?

Yes, there is no need to create an account to make payments through PayPal.

What options do I need to choose when making my orders?

Please go through the ordering process carefully and ensure you choose your color, size, material and any other option before checking out.

Can I change my order or other information like my address after placing my order?

We highly encourage you to double-check sizes and addresses before placing an order with us. However, we understand that errors might be made.

 As we typically process the orders within 24 hours of receipt, if a change needs to be made to your order, please contact us at support@theirbig-day.com as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate that change.

 If the order has already been processed or marked as shipped from our fulfillment center, we cannot make changes to the order.

How long does order processing take?

Orders are typically processed within 24 hours of order receipt and sent to our handmade craftsmen for production. During holidays and other peak seasons, processing times may take longer due to high order volume.

How long does order production take?

Usual production times for our handmade items are 3-5 days.

Due to the nature of handmade items, at times during peak seasons and holidays, creation and handling time may be extended from 3-5 days to 7-14 days.

How long is the shipping time?

Most orders will ship within 5-10 business days from the date of payment. Tracking information will be updated as soon as it is available, and you will be notified via the email provided at the time of your order.

 All packages will be shipped via USPS First Class with tracking unless otherwise noted.

When shipping overseas, customs can delay packages by up to 6 weeks.


What should I do if I do not receive a confirmation email after placing my order?

Please make sure your email is correct when you place an order. Kindly check your SPAM folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there. If there is still no confirmation email, please send an email to our support team at support@theirbig-day.com.

Will I receive a tracking number for my order?

You will be provided a tracking number that enables you to track your item 1-2 days after it has been sent based on the fulfillment center where your order originates. You can always utilize our Order Look Up to check the status of your order using your email and order number.
However, as each individual product may be shipped from a different fulfillment center across the globe, rarely, we may not be able to provide the tracking number for a product.

What couriers do you use for order delivery?

We utilize USPS, UPS or FedEx, all with tracking.

What happens if I'm not home when my order is delivered?

Anyone at home can receive the package on behalf of the primary customer. Usually, the carrier will place the order in a safe location around your home or they may leave a collection slip if nobody is at home, and you may have to collect your parcel at your nearest post office.
