Whisky Barrel & Deer Antler Black Ceramic Wedding Band

Handmade men's wedding ring from deer antler, whiskey barrel wood, and black ceramic. This ring is hand made in Brentwood, TN in the shop of one our great artisans!

Both the wood and antler are treated, stabilized, and water sealed to last for many years. Ceramic is highly scratch resistant. 

HOW THE RING IS MADE

Wood blocks and Deer Antlers are hand selected and then cut into thin slices. The slices are then center drilled near ring size to slide onto the ring.

Special formula super glue and marine sealant are then applied.

The ring then goes through multiple process of sanding and buffing to get a smooth finish.

6mm width available in sizes 5-10 including half sizes

8mm width available in sizes 8-15 including half sizes

The total thickness of the ring is approximately 2.3mm

ANTLER PATTERN & COLOR

Please note our rings are made with real deer antler. Each antler is unique and will not posses the exact same color/pattern to what is illustrated in our pictures. 

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Daily hand-wash and shower is acceptable with ring but should be removed for extended periods in water.

Avoid chemicals that might damage the wood and or glue (acetone, lacquer thinner, etc.)

Rings with organic materials are not as hard as an all-metal ring. Please use common sense to have a long-lasting ring.

SIZING

Professional grade ring mandrel and digital caliber to measure the ring are used before the ring is shipped.

Please get your finger sized by a jeweler for COMFORT FIT rings before ordering.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

These custom rings are non-returnable as they are made to order, however they may be resized for a $20 fee with the buyer responsible for shipping. Please email support@theirbig-day.com for instructions.

WARRANTY

We provide a ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY from purchase. This would cover any repair to the ring regardless of how it was damaged.

There will be a flat $20 processing fee for each claim, and you are responsible for ring shipment.
