Whiskey Barrel & Deer Antler Titanium Wedding Band - Whiskey Canyon

Handmade men's wedding ring from deer antler and whiskey barrel wood. This ring is hand made in Brentwood, TN in the shop of one our great artisans!

Both the wood and antler are treated, stabilized, and water sealed to last for many years.

HOW THE RING IS MADE

Grade 5 titanium stock is turned on a lathe to the desired ring size and forms the inner sleeve of the ring. The titanium washer that separate the antler and wood is also cut at this time.

Wood blocks and Deer Antlers are hand selected and then cut into thin slices. The slices are then center drilled near ring size to slide onto the ring.

Special formula super glue and marine sealant are then applied.

The ring then goes through multiple process of sanding and buffing to get a smooth finish.

SPECIFICATIONS OF THE RING

5mm antler, 1mm titanium washer, 2mm whiskey barrel wood

The titanium inner sleeve is approximately 1mm to 1.2mm

The total thickness of the ring is approximately 2.3mm

The total width of the ring is either 8mm wide

Sizes available from 5 to 15 including half sizes

ANTLER PATTERN & COLOR

Please note our rings are made with real deer antler. Each antler is unique and will not possess the exact color and/or pattern to what is illustrated in our photos.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Daily hand-wash and shower is acceptable with the ring, but it should be removed for extended periods in water.

Avoid chemicals that might damage the wood and/or glue (acetone,  lacquer thinner, etc.).

Rings with organic materials are not as hard as an all-metal ring. Please use common sense to have a long-lasting ring.

SIZING

Professional grade ring mandrel and digital caliber to measure the ring are used before the ring is shipped.

Please get your finger sized by a jeweler for COMFORT FIT rings before ordering.

**String, zip tie, internet print out methods are not accurate.**

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

These custom rings are non-returnable as the are made to order, however they may be resized for a $20 fee with the buyer responsible for shipping. Please email support@theirbig-day.com for instructions.

WARRANTY

We provide a ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY from date of purchase. This would cover any repair to the ring, regardless of how it was damaged.

There is a $20 processing fee for each claim, and you are responsible for the ring shipment.
